Where as before the coolant temp could never get hot because the coolant was going through the heater core and radiator thus keeping the machine at about 160 degrees while heater was on. While I did not use it for which it was designed I did use it on a engine that did not have a thermostat and it also had the 3/4 inlets which is hard to find. Installed the Thermostat yesterday and it was very easy to install, the heater started to blow hot air in less than 5 minutes of running. Fantastic customer service, they answered all my questions.
